Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Articles 3e &amp; 4 of Law 2251\/1994 \u2013 Directive 2011\/83\/EU)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without justification within <strong>fourteen (14) calendar days<\/strong> from the date on which it acquired physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The right of withdrawal is exercised by <strong>clear statement<\/strong> to the company (via email or contact form), without providing any justification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-\u03c5\u03c0\u03bf\u03c7\u03c1\u03b5\u03ce\u03c3\u03b5\u03b9\u03c2-\u03ba\u03b1\u03c4\u03b1\u03bd\u03b1\u03bb\u03c9\u03c4\u03ae-\u03c3\u03b5-\u03c0\u03b5\u03c1\u03af\u03c0\u03c4\u03c9\u03c3\u03b7-\u03c5\u03c0\u03b1\u03bd\u03b1\u03c7\u03ce\u03c1\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2\">2. Consumer Obligations in Case of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Article 3g of Law 2251\/1994)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consumer is obliged to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return the product within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date of withdrawal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the product in its original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return all accompanying items (packaging, manuals, accessories, receipts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not to have used the product beyond what is strictly necessary to check its nature and operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-\u03b5\u03be\u03b1\u03b9\u03c1\u03ad\u03c3\u03b5\u03b9\u03c2-\u03b1\u03c0\u03cc-\u03c4\u03bf-\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03b1\u03af\u03c9\u03bc\u03b1-\u03c5\u03c0\u03b1\u03bd\u03b1\u03c7\u03ce\u03c1\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2\">3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Article 3(12) of Law 2251\/1994)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The right of withdrawal <strong>not applicable<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital content delivered electronically and the performance of which has begun with the consumer's prior express consent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for health or safety reasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services that have already been fully provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-\u03b4\u03b9\u03b1\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03b1\u03c3\u03af\u03b1-\u03b5\u03c0\u03b9\u03c3\u03c4\u03c1\u03bf\u03c6\u03ae\u03c2-\u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03ca\u03cc\u03bd\u03c4\u03c9\u03bd\">4. Product Return Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer sends a relevant request to <strong><a>info@twodots.gr<\/a><\/strong> quoting the order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The company provides instructions for returns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is shipped at the customer's expense and responsibility, unless the return is due to a company error.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-\u03b5\u03c0\u03b9\u03c3\u03c4\u03c1\u03bf\u03c6\u03ae-\u03c7\u03c1\u03b7\u03bc\u03ac\u03c4\u03c9\u03bd\">5. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Article 3f of Law 2251\/1994)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are made within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the returned product, using the same means of payment as that used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company reserves the right to suspend the refund until it receives the product or proof of shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-\u03b5\u03bb\u03b1\u03c4\u03c4\u03c9\u03bc\u03b1\u03c4\u03b9\u03ba\u03ac-\u03ae-\u03bb\u03b1\u03bd\u03b8\u03b1\u03c3\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03b1-\u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03ca\u03cc\u03bd\u03c4\u03b1\">6. Defective or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Articles 534\u2013540 of the Civil Code)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of delivery of a defective or incorrect product, the consumer is entitled to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free repair or replacement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Price reduction or withdrawal from the contract if restoration is not possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All return costs are borne by the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-\u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03c3\u03c4\u03b1\u03c3\u03af\u03b1-\u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03c3\u03c9\u03c0\u03b9\u03ba\u03ce\u03bd-\u03b4\u03b5\u03b4\u03bf\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03c9\u03bd-gdpr\">7.
