{"id":47760,"date":"2026-03-02T15:01:49","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T13:01:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/twodots.gr\/?page_id=47760"},"modified":"2026-03-02T15:33:01","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T13:33:01","slug":"odigies-gia-to-arthro-39a","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/twodots.gr\/en\/odigies-gia-to-arthro-39a\/","title":{"rendered":"Market Guide with VAT Exemption (Article 39a)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In our store, taxable persons (businesses and freelancers) have the opportunity to purchase specific technology products <strong>without payment of VAT<\/strong>, according to the <strong>Article 39a, par. 5 of the VAT Code (POL 1150\/2017)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u03c0\u03bf\u03b9\u03b1-\u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03ca\u03cc\u03bd\u03c4\u03b1-\u03b1\u03c6\u03bf\u03c1\u03ac\">Which products are concerned?;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The exemption applies only to the following categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mobile phones<\/strong> (Smartphones)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Game consoles<\/strong> (Game Consoles)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Laptop<\/strong> (Laptops)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tablets<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03cb\u03c0\u03bf\u03b8\u03ad\u03c3\u03b5\u03b9\u03c2-\u03b3\u03b9\u03b1-\u03c4\u03b7\u03bd-\u03b1\u03b3\u03bf\u03c1\u03ac\">Conditions for the purchase<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete the order with zero VAT, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be <strong>taxable person<\/strong> with right of deduction (normal VAT scheme).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The market to be concerned <strong>invoice<\/strong> and not a retail receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To become successful <strong>verification of the status of the buyer<\/strong> and its representative through the AADE service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-\u03b2\u03ae\u03bc\u03b1\u03c4\u03b1-\u03b3\u03b9\u03b1-\u03c4\u03b7\u03bd-\u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u03b1\u03b3\u03b3\u03b5\u03bb\u03af\u03b1-\u03c3\u03b1\u03c2\">3. Steps for your order<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step A: Product &amp; Item Selection<\/strong> Add the products to the basket and select <strong>\u201cIssue of Invoice\u201d<\/strong>. In the comments of the order, write \u201cPurchase under Article 39a\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step B: Issuance of a document by the ADPE<\/strong> Your accountant or you will need to enter the AADE platform (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aade.gr\/ypiresia-arthroy-39a-par5-pol-11502992017\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Service Article 39a(5)<\/a>) and issue the receipt for that transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step C: Send Supporting Documents<\/strong> Before paying, please send us at <strong>hello@twodots.gr<\/strong> the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>PDF of the proof<\/strong> from the AADE application (where the transaction code is indicated).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of the <strong>identity card<\/strong> the legal representative or authorised person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of a third party, <strong>Warranty<\/strong> via gov.gr.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step D: Check &amp; Payment<\/strong> Once we have checked the details, we will send you the final value of the order (excluding VAT).
