In our store, taxable persons (businesses and freelancers) have the opportunity to purchase specific technology products without payment of VAT, according to the Article 39a, par. 5 of the VAT Code (POL 1150/2017).

Which products are concerned?;

The exemption applies only to the following categories:

• Mobile phones (Smartphones)
• Game consoles (Game Consoles)
• Laptop (Laptops)
• Tablets

Conditions for the purchase

To complete the order with zero VAT, you must:

1. Be taxable person with right of deduction (normal VAT scheme).
2. The market to be concerned invoice and not a retail receipt.
3. To become successful verification of the status of the buyer and its representative through the AADE service.

3. Steps for your order

Step A: Product & Item Selection Add the products to the basket and select “Issue of Invoice”. In the comments of the order, write “Purchase under Article 39a”.

Step B: Issuance of a document by the ADPE Your accountant or you will need to enter the AADE platform (Service Article 39a(5)) and issue the receipt for that transaction.

Step C: Send Supporting Documents Before paying, please send us at hello@twodots.gr the following:

1. The PDF of the proof from the AADE application (where the transaction code is indicated).
2. Copy of the identity card the legal representative or authorised person.
3. In the case of a third party, Warranty via gov.gr.

Step D: Check & Payment Once we have checked the details, we will send you the final value of the order (excluding VAT). Payment must be made required via bank transfer from your business account.

Important Notes

• Method of Payment: Payment by cash or personal card of a private individual is not possible for Article 39a transactions.
• Control: We reserve the right to cancel the order if the data are not fully identified by the AADE system.
