It's an innovative Oxygen app that can run both on your mobile or tablet and in a window within the app to quickly and easily issue retail receipts and invoices.
It can send your documents by SMS, EMAIL or print in 80mm print as with traditional cash registers.
If used on a computer, the numeric keypad can also be used for a faster version.

Yes. You can contactlessly charge cards at the same time as the receipt from your smartphone without any additional equipment. It currently supports contactless payments for those with Viva POS and will soon support more banking institutions.

For users with Viva and Oxygen accounts, charges of 0.25% per transaction with a minimum charge of 0.01 € apply.
For example, for a 1€ transaction, the reservation will be 0.01€ and for a 100€ transaction the charge will be 0.25€.
Cloud Cashier does not have a daily Z and does not need one. You simply open the app and cut your receipt. Of course within the app you can get a full breakdown of the day
Supports up to 3 different VAT rates of your choice. Does not support additional taxes/reservations. In this case you will issue your document in detail through the normal application.

Yes, as long as the printer is installed and correctly configured on your mobile/tablet/computer and has the ability to print PDFs.
For installation and proper setup, you should contact your printer vendor or your computer support company.
It covers any standard thermal printer that can print PDF files.
In the case of a mobile phone, the printer must be installed correctly according to the manufacturer's instructions and a print service such as Epson Print Enabler, ESC POS Print Services, etc. (You can find them in the AppStore)Indicatively but not restrictively we will mention some models such as Epson series TM20i (Lan or USB) 80mm, TM30 xx 80mm , Neural Gear NG 850 (USB/LAN) , Thermal Printer RP850 (USB LAN) etc. while in mini Bluetooth printers of 58mm models such as Netum NT-5802DD, Andowl Q-P01.
However, we would suggest that for the best visual effect you should get an 80mm printer.
No. Our team cannot install and configure your devices. For proper installation and setup of your printer you will need to contact your supplier and ensure that it prints a test proof in PDF correctly. Note that usually the Default printer setting for the paper dimension of 80mm (not Fit to Printable Area, not Fit to Paper) is usually sufficient, whereas if printing to a smaller printer it should be set to FIT TO PAPER.
The Cloud Cashier can be used both standalone based on the 3 packages or in combination with ERP subscriptions as an additional feature of the e-invoicing provider service.
We offer one license (for one user) of CLOUD Cash for free with each activation of the provider service in each of our basic subscription packages (Basic, Pro, Large). The annual cost of the provider service is 75€ + VAT.
In case you need additional licenses for your account holders, they can be added at any time at a cost of 4€ / month / license (until the expiration of the provider service).

Yes. Each Cloud Cashier user/operator can issue in specific series, specific type of documents / VAT etc. There is full customization of permissions which can be done by the central user of the application.
Yes. The cloud cash register can work with any external barcode scanner that has the ability to press ENTER after successfully reading the barcode (The 99.9% of devices) and can be used for quick retail.
Yes. You can define the product categories you want to be available within Cloud Cashier from the relevant settings as well as create shortcuts for products you use most often (e.g. plastic bag).
Yes. Through the central Oxygen Pelatologio application you have full access to reports and data for each document, branch and cloud cashier user.
