Yes. You can contactlessly charge cards at the same time as the receipt from your smartphone without any additional equipment. It currently supports contactless payments for those with Viva POS and will soon support more banking institutions.

To create a viva account you will need to contact Viva (https://www.viva.com/el-gr)

For users with Viva and Oxygen accounts, charges of 0.25% per transaction with a minimum charge of 0.01 € apply.
For example, for a 1€ transaction, the reservation will be 0.01€ and for a 100€ transaction the charge will be 0.25€.

Cloud Cashier does not have a daily Z and does not need one. You simply open the app and cut your receipt. Of course within the app you can get a full breakdown of the day

Supports up to 3 different VAT rates of your choice. Does not support additional taxes/reservations. In this case you will issue your document in detail through the normal application.

However, we would suggest that for the best visual effect you should get an 80mm printer.

No. Our team cannot install and configure your devices. For proper installation and setup of your printer you will need to contact your supplier and ensure that it prints a test proof in PDF correctly. Note that usually the Default printer setting for the paper dimension of 80mm (not Fit to Printable Area, not Fit to Paper) is usually sufficient, whereas if printing to a smaller printer it should be set to FIT TO PAPER.

The Cloud Cashier can be used both standalone based on the 3 packages or in combination with ERP subscriptions as an additional feature of the e-invoicing provider service.
We offer one license (for one user) of CLOUD Cash for free with each activation of the provider service in each of our basic subscription packages (Basic, Pro, Large). The annual cost of the provider service is 75€ + VAT.

In case you need additional licenses for your account holders, they can be added at any time at a cost of 4€ / month / license (until the expiration of the provider service).
