1. Right of Withdrawal
(Articles 3e & 4 of Law 2251/1994 – Directive 2011/83/EU)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without justification within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which it acquired physical possession of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by clear statement to the company (via email or contact form), without providing any justification.
2. Consumer Obligations in Case of Withdrawal
(Article 3g of Law 2251/1994)
The consumer is obliged to:
- Return the product within 14 days from the date of withdrawal
- Keep the product in its original condition
- Return all accompanying items (packaging, manuals, accessories, receipts)
- Not to have used the product beyond what is strictly necessary to check its nature and operation.
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
(Article 3(12) of Law 2251/1994)
The right of withdrawal not applicable in the following cases:
- Products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized
- Digital content delivered electronically and the performance of which has begun with the consumer's prior express consent
- Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for health or safety reasons
- Services that have already been fully provided
4. Product Return Procedure
The customer sends a relevant request to info@twodots.gr quoting the order number.
- The company provides instructions for returns.
- The product is shipped at the customer's expense and responsibility, unless the return is due to a company error.
5. Refunds
(Article 3f of Law 2251/1994)
Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product, using the same means of payment as that used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The company reserves the right to suspend the refund until it receives the product or proof of shipment.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
(Articles 534–540 of the Civil Code)
In the event of delivery of a defective or incorrect product, the consumer is entitled to:
- Free repair or replacement
- Price reduction or withdrawal from the contract if restoration is not possible
All return costs are borne by the company.
7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR and national legislation.
The data is used exclusively for the processing of the order and is not passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the contract.
