The Kingston FURY Beast with code KF556C36BBEK2-64 it is a memory kit 64GB (2x32GB) for DDR5 desktop systems. This is DDR5-5600 with low latency CL36 and profile support AMD EXPO and Intel XMP 3.0, so that it can be easily configured from BIOS/UEFI on compatible motherboards.
After installing the two DIMMs, enter BIOS/UEFI and enable the profile EXPO ή XMP (depending on the motherboard) to load the factory settings for DDR5-5600. If instability occurs, a BIOS update or selecting a more conservative profile may help. For optimal dual-channel performance, install the modules in the recommended slots (usually A2/B2) as listed in the motherboard manual.
According to the datasheet, the kit is 2Rx8, Non-ECC Unbuffered and has a heatsink. This makes it suitable for modern desktop builds where capacity and stable operation at higher frequencies via EXPO/XMP are a priority.
Is it compatible with my computer?;
The KF556C36BBEK2-64 is a DDR5 288-pin Unbuffered DIMM (UDIMM) for desktop. To work properly, the motherboard must support DDR5 (not DDR4) and have 288-pin DDR5 DIMM sockets.
Does it support AMD EXPO and/or Intel XMP?;
Yes. According to the official datasheet, the kit supports AMD EXPO v1.0 and Intel XMP 3.0, so you can easily load the 5600MT/s profile from BIOS/UEFI where supported.
Is it ECC memory?;
The kit is Non-ECC and Unbuffered (not intended for server/registered platforms). It features On-Die ECC at the chip level as required by the DDR5 standard, but this does not replace the ECC memory required by some systems.
Can I combine the memory with other modules?;
For better compatibility and stability, it is recommended to use as a 2x32GB kit and avoid mixing with different kits/capacity/frequency. Also, the official page states that the warranty may not apply if the modules of a kit are sold or used separately.
What are the basic operating timings/voltage?;
The 5600MT/s profile is listed with timings of 36-38-38 at 1.25V, while the JEDEC default profile is listed as DDR5-4800 with CL40 at 1.1V (see details in the official PDF).
