The Kingston FURY Beast (part number) KF560C36BBE2K2-64) is a DDR5 memory kit for desktop systems, ideal for upgrading when you want better responsiveness for multitasking, creative applications and modern gaming. The FURY Beast series features a low-profile heatsink for stable operation and is designed to take advantage of the profiles provided by the manufacturer.

When it fits: If you're «loading» RAM with lots of tabs, desktop applications, photo/video editing, virtual machines or games that benefit from more memory, a high-capacity kit helps reduce stutters and delays when the system fills up.

Compatibility & regulation: Requires a motherboard with connectors DDR5 DIMM (not compatible with DDR4). To achieve the performance profile that Kingston reports, you usually need to enable EXPO (in AMD) or XMP (on Intel) through BIOS/UEFI. If no profile is enabled, the memory will operate at standard factory (JEDEC) settings. For maximum stability, it is recommended to update the BIOS and check the compatibility list (QVL) of the motherboard.

Official datasheet / spec sheet (PDF)

Is it compatible with AMD EXPO and Intel XMP?;

According to the official datasheet, the kit supports AMD® EXPO v1.1 and Intel® XMP 3.0. Activation is done by BIOS/UEFI and requires a compatible platform.

What should I do if I see a lower frequency than expected?;

Check that the EXPO/XMP profile is active. Otherwise, the memory will be «dropped» to JEDEC settings. If instability occurs, try another profile listed in the datasheet or update BIOS.

Is it ECC memory?;

According to the official spec sheet, it is non-ECC unbuffered UDIMM. DDR5 includes on-die ECC on-chip for internal correction, but this does not equate to “system ECC” support from CPU/motherboard.

How much height does it have with the heatsink? Will it fit under the heatsink?;

The datasheet indicates height 34.9mm (1.37”) with the heatsink. Before purchasing, check the clearance of the CPU heatsink and the layout of the DIMM slots on the motherboard.
