What does New Open Box mean?;
New Open Box means that the product is essentially new, but the packaging has been opened (e.g. for inspection/transportation). The laptop is checked before shipping.
Can I connect it to a dock or external monitor?;
Yes. The USB-C/USB4 (Thunderbolt 4) ports support charging, data and video output (DisplayPort), so it works seamlessly with docks and external displays.
Is the RAM memory being upgraded?;
On ThinkPad X13 Gen 5 the memory is soldered to the motherboard, so it cannot be upgraded. Choose the capacity that meets your needs from the beginning.
What can I expect from the keyboard layout?;
This unit has a German keyboard and a sticker with Greek characters is included for easy customization.
