The Acer Veriton X2665G DT is a desktop computer with an Intel Core i5-9400 processor, suitable for everyday tasks such as working with documents, email, and office applications, once the appropriate operating system is installed. The base configuration includes 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 256GB NVMe drive. The processor has six cores and six threads, with a clock speed of 2.90 GHz and 9 MB of cache. This is the same processor version across all configurations of this product.

Memory and storage can be selected separately when placing an order. In addition to the standard 8GB, there are RAM options that result in a total memory of 12GB, 16GB, or 24GB. These configurations include the base memory, as the upgrade is added on top of it. More RAM is useful when you’re working with multiple open documents and applications. For more storage space, you can choose a 480GB SSD, which replaces the original 256GB NVMe drive and is not added as a second drive.

The default option is "No OS," meaning no operating system. Alternatively, you can choose a configuration with Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro. The operating system, memory, and storage options are optional and not all are included in the base configuration. The four front USB 3.1 ports make it easy to connect peripherals on a daily basis, without having to reach around to the back of the computer. On the back, there are four additional USB 2.0 ports and two PS/2 ports for compatible peripherals. Audio ports are located both on the front and the back, while the RJ-45 port and Gigabit Ethernet allow for a wired connection to the local network.

The HDMI, DisplayPort, and VGA outputs make it easy to choose how to connect to a compatible monitor, depending on its input and the cable you’re using. The graphics are integrated. The SATA DVD-RW drive is ideal for those who still use optical discs to read or write files, eliminating the need for a separate external drive for this purpose.
